We stayed in the Old Quarter, just a short walk away from the Hoan Kiem Lake. It’s a lovely area, pretty safe with lots to do.
The city is lined with Taxis, Motorbike Taxis, Cyclos and Bicycles, so you’re never short of transport to get you where you want to go.
Escape the hustle and bustle and head up to a rooftop restaurant overlooking the lake. Prices are still low, yet you can enjoy a lovely meal overlooking the city with a little peace and quiet.
