It’s safe to say that the weather dictates my mood and i’m a sunshine lover over anything else. It can be freezing cold or boiling hot…I don’t really care, as long as the skies are blue and the sun is shining! 

I was over the moon when I saw my first Cherry Blossom tree last week, because you know what those pretty pink blooms mean…spring has sprung! Honestly, there’s nothing more beautiful than seeing the city scattered with these pearl drops of love.

I wrote a post last week about why I’ve fallen head over heels for Vancouver, and the Blossoms make up at least 10% of my love (ok, i’m exaggerating, maybe 5%. I do love them though).

The weather has been a bit mixed this past couple of weeks, but it’s beautiful to be able to leave the house without a huge coat and start bringing out my warm-weather wardrobe. My good friend Boyu and I headed out this week to capture the pretty blossoms and make the most of the sunshine, and it was SO nice to catch some sun on my face.

I was literally walking around in just my shirt and it was ah-mazing and got me so excited for summer. Which, by the way, is just around the corner, so I better start getting my beach bod in check. Yikes!
