Healthy Breakfast Ideas: Yoghurt, Fruit and Nut Butter Delight

Whoever said breakfast had to be boring? I always like to kickstart my day with a nice, healthy and tasty breakfast, so I was in heaven when I put together this delicious yoghurt, fruit, nut butter and flaked almond combination!

I always find that if I start off with a healthy breakfast, I tend to stay more disciplined throughout the day. I’m always trying to think of new healthy breakfast ideas so I came up with this simple but mouthwatering combination that satisfied my taste buds and lasted all of about 2 seconds!  Prep time: 5 mins                         Cook time: 1 min                      Serves: 1 person


Ingredients:

3 tbsp greek yoghurt

1 chopped banana

1/2 kiwi

2 fresh strawberries

Sprinkle blueberries

1 heaped tbsp organic nut butter

Handful chopped flaked almonds

Optional: drizzle raw honey for added sweetness!

Directions:

This recipe is so easy to put together I don’t think directions are really required! Display your fruits as creatively as possible to create a little healthy breakfast masterpiece that you can be proud of. Then…..devour!
