Red is one of those colours that I tend to avoid. While my wardrobe is full of blacks, prints, whites and greys, red is pretty much non existent in my fashion collection, until I discovered this little number.

Worn well, red can look striking. Worn badly, it can make you look like a walking tomato. Fortunately (or hopefully!!) I managed to find the perfect outfit combination that wasn’t too overpowering, but made me feel classy, confident & sexy all in one.

At just £25 / $45, this Zara ruby red playsuit (i.e. romper, for you guys this side of the pond) is a steal! The waist tie enhances your curves in all the right places, the shorts cut off at a flattering length and the tie detailing around the neck leaves the back daringly bare. In my opinion, it’s the perfect combination of sexy and cute.
