Today marks day #15 of social distancing and it's been an interesting couple of weeks to say the least. Like the rest of the world, Matt and I have been adapting to this new norm and basically just trying to find some normalcy in the chaos. I've had a few wobbly days where I've felt quite lost and unsettled, but for the most part I've actually been managing to stay quite positive during this time. That's not to say it hasn't impacted us massively or I'm not taking it seriously, but I'm just trying to seek any positives and silver linings to make this time as bearable as possible.
There are a few things that have been really helping me over the last couple of weeks to keep a level head, stay upbeat and keep perspective, so I've filmed a video chatting about what I've been doing with the hope it might help you too.
A lot of you have told me you're feeling really anxious and lost at the moment, which is totally understandable and I think there is this collective sense of confusion, worry and unease. But remember, you're not alone and this is something the entire world is going through. I think the most important thing right now is to focus on what we can control, focus on looking after our mindset and mental health and do things that make us happy.
I hope you enjoy the video and let me know if you'd like to see more videos like this xxx
