Ingredients

SMOOTHIE BOWL

  • 1 whole banana
  • 1 handful mixed berries
  • ½ cup milk or alternate milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder

TOPPINGS

  • ½ banana, chopped
  • fresh raspberries & blueberries
  • 1 handful Dorset Cereals Seductive Dark Choc Cherry Granola 
  • 1 sprinkle chia seeds 

Instructions

  • Add the banana, milk, protein and berries into the blender, and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a bowl and sprinkle the Dorset Cereals Granola on top, and finally, top with banana, berries, chia seeds and other delicious toppings of your choice like honey or peanut butter!
