SMOOTHIE BOWL
- 1 whole banana
- 1 handful mixed berries
- ½ cup milk or alternate milk
- 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
TOPPINGS
- ½ banana, chopped
- fresh raspberries & blueberries
- 1 handful Dorset Cereals Seductive Dark Choc Cherry Granola
- 1 sprinkle chia seeds
Add the banana, milk, protein and berries into the blender, and blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and sprinkle the Dorset Cereals Granola on top, and finally, top with banana, berries, chia seeds and other delicious toppings of your choice like honey or peanut butter!
