Simple Green Smoothie Bowl

- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 avocado
- handful organic spinach
- 2 tsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
Topping
- homemade granola
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- sprinkle blueberries
Add the banana, avocado, spinach, flaxseed, nut butter and milk to a blender and mix until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a touch more milk.
Pour the mix into a bowl and leave to sit for 3-4 minutes.
Add a sprinkle of the toppings and you’re good to go!
