Simple Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • handful organic spinach
  • 2 tsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk

Topping

  • homemade granola
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • sprinkle blueberries

Instructions

  • Add the banana, avocado, spinach, flaxseed, nut butter and milk to a blender and mix until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a touch more milk.
  • Pour the mix into a bowl and leave to sit for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add a sprinkle of the toppings and you’re good to go!
